Shipping

• US: Packages go out within one to five business days. We use USPS Priority Mail, and it usually arrives within 2-5 days (…give or take). Please double-check your address, as we can't reroute packages after they're shipped.
• International: Every journey takes time, and yours might take a bit longer. Contact us for details. Remember, your order may be subject to import duties, fees, or taxes set by your local customs office. These are separate from our shipping costs and yours to pay.

Change of Heart?
No problem! If you need to cancel your order after it's confirmed, but before it is shipped, we'll be happy to refund the purchase amount minus a small processing fee. This fee helps cover the necessary charges levied by Shopify, our payment platform, regardless of whether an order is completed or cancelled. The fee is 3% for US orders and 4% for international orders. We don't keep any of this fee ourselves, it goes directly to Shopify.

Got a damaged item?
We take pride in our perfectly imperfect handmade ceramics, but if something arrives damaged, let us know! We'll gladly swap it for a similar item.

10-Day Buyer's Remorse:
Not feeling the love? No worries! Return your item within 10 days for a refund (processing fee and return shipping are on you).
